ABOUT ME
I'm Maya, I'm a trauma informed psychotherapist, passionate about helping individuals overcome their challenges and achieve personal growth. I have spent the last 8 years studying psychology and have had the privilege of working with diverse clients from all walks of life. I received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California Santa Barbara and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the California School of Professional Psychology while training at prestigious internships throughout Los Angeles. I have advanced training in psychodynamic therapy and trauma treatment. My approach is client-centered, empathetic, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I aim to empower my clients to overcome life’s toughest challenges to reach their highest potential. I’m committed to providing my clients with the tools necessary to take back control of their lives and transform the narratives that may have been plaguing their lives with fear, doubt, and pain. Using an integrative approach, I help my clients reconnect to their true Self through healing their relationship to their mind, body, and soul.​
